A little bit melancholy?
Maybe just a bit. I might have been sad to say goodbye to the weekend.
Looks comfy. Sweet face you have there.
Love my blue bench!
I bet you are thinking about dinner time and wondering when it’s coming…
Dinner is never early enough. 😉
I’m afraid you must be thinking about the LSU game yesterday in sympatico with your mommy and daddy. No one was pulling for those Tigers more than the Cocks for obvious reasons, but really we gave it our best efforts from Worsham Street and hated it for our friends on our street and in southeast Louisiana. Sometimes even alcohol can’t cure the disappointment. They played great and the game was awesome. We are all sorry!
Thank you so much, Red Man. My humans and I were disappointed in the outcome, but proud of the way our Tigers played. It was a great game. And how ’bout them Gamecocks? Quite the comeback. Hope your quarterback injury issues work out.
Looks like no one is giving you enough attention…
There is never enough attention, but you know that. 🙂
Penny for your thoughts? Love Dolly
At this point, I’m afraid my thoughts might not be worth a full penny. 😉
that’s what we are doing too. I have been sick most of the week so Mom is staying home taking care of me while Daddy went to watch football. Barks and licks and love,
Oh, Dakota, so sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. Hope your mom’s tender loving care is getting you back up to speed, and congrats to the Lions (that is the game your dad attended, right?) on a nice victory.
You are beautiful Miss Harper Lee! Have a great Sunday!
Thank you. I ended up taking a road trip Sunday. I’ll let you know where I went in a few days. 😉
Just hangin’ is a good thing sometimes. Clears the mind and readies the body…..to go after that darn squirrel!!
Or to roll in that mud puddle!
Awww! You look so sad Miss Harper Lee. Bored? Maybe a new hat is the order of the day. 🙂
What sort of hat would you suggest? Perhaps a fancy French beret?
Kind of a laid back, quiet day, Miss Lee?
Maybe not a full quiet day, but at least a quiet moment.
Most beautiful picture of you yet, Miss Harper Lee!
Awww, thank you, Miss Maryanne! I hope your new week is off to a good start. 🙂
Talk about a hang-dog look, Miss Harper Lee. But our dog Maggie understands perfectly. Today we drove home from Kansas, and though she had the entire back seat fixed up all comfy for her, Maggie thought 8 hours of riding was too much.
Now she’s rolling around in the grass in the back yard, and soon she’ll be all happy again.
Poor Maggie. I ended up taking about a five-hour drive Sunday (through horrible rain) to visit my grandparents in Texas. Having a nice visit, but I’m a little exhausted from all the excitement. 🙂
Poor Harper. Are the humans not giving you enough attention?
They give me lots and lots of attention, but I could always use more!
Sometimes, the human complains about a “crick” in the neck and wonders why dogs don’t get them more the way they sleep around. XD
So funny. I always sleep with my head at the weirdest angles. Never, ever a crick!
You look kinda sad 😦
Maybe a bit. Weekends are just way too short.
We agree with Misaki you look a bit sad but I bet a treat will put a smile on your face 🙂 xx0xx
Mollie and Alfie
I always smile for treats. 🙂
I’ll be right overs Miss Harper Lee!!! I’ll bring my balls and tunnel and we can do some zoomies and turn that frown upside down!! BOL
Oh, Ruby, just hearing from you puts a smile on my face. 🙂
Are you looking at something good?
Just gazing into nothingness with completely empty mind. 😉
